This young mare is a wonderful smooth natural ride. She has never been shod and has flint hard natural barefoot hooves. She is being ridden on trails and being exposed to the big world and is taking it all in stride. At 14.3 hands, she is not a big mare, but she has a big heart and has shown much courage and try, successfully navigating some pretty intimidating trail situations. She is presently being conditioned to be an endurance horse and will participate in her first 25 mile ride this spring. I don't really want to sell her and her price reflects her worth with no discount reflecting a down market. I know how she compares to other gaited horses on the market and she is worth every penny of the asking price. Below are two videos, one taken on her first big public outing at Running I Ranch in Dunnigan and the second one taken in December 2011 of my 10 year old beginner niece riding her in the round pen.
